Cottage was excellent, best we had stayed in, cosy and very clean. The Welcome pack from owner which a nice touch was very much appreciated. Hope to come for another visit some time.

This was our second visit, this time without children. The area was wonderful for many different types of days out. The welcome pack from the owners and the lovely conversations with the neighbours made it feel like a real home from home. The icing on the cake was the lovely garden which made evening meals a real delight. We'll definitely return!

The cottage was outstanding. The owner met us there and showed us around - it was spotless, the kitchen was fairly new with everything we would need. In fact the whole cottage was a dream, very comfortable and with a lovely garden in a lovely setting. The local pub was great with very good food.

The cottage is delightful and is exactly as described and pictured by Hoseasons. The location is in a quiet village, and is excellent for exploring the eastern half of Yorkshire. It is very helpful the know that your descriptions are accurate and that there is no exaggeration involved.
